Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Purchases made by Australian residents are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). All of the listed prices are inclusive of the GST, and you will see the calculated amount of GST on your invoice when you checkout.
Non Australian residents will always see the price without the GST component listed.

If I purchase more that one item do I have to pay more than $9.00 postage & handling?
Nope! $9.00 is the flat rate for postage and handling, regardless of how many products you purchase!

How long will I have to wait for my purchase?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being processed on business days. Your items will be shipped from Adelaide SA. Expect delivery within 5 working days.
Please note that money orders are not shipped until we have received your mail and cleared the funds. Allow 10 to 15 days for delivery of items purchased with a money order.

You sure can. Price is $20.00 for any quantity.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! $25.00 flat rate for air mail delivery (4 to 6 days non peak).
We can quote you on express international delivery, it starts from $50.

What methods of payment are accepted?
All prices shown are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars). Our preferred payment method is by PayPal.
You can also use your credit card using PayPal's secured website.
We also accept money orders for Australian clients.
Please note goods will be shipped once cheque or money order is cleared.

Yes you can. We offer a surgical steel option for the ear fixing metal components of our earrings.
